The Common Cup Amity Visit The Common Cup in Amity, Oregon for quality coffee and delicious homemade waffles. The Common Cup is a place for gathering.

The Common Cup espresso and waffle bar is centrally located within Trade Street Commons and serves as a meeting point, where you can pick up an excellent cup off coffee or a small bite to eat. The bar is setup to encourage conversation however long or brief. Immediately adjacent soft seating is provided in the hall, spilling over into the common area, reinstating a sense of gathering.

How to make a perfectly poached egg: first, must use a fresh egg. Bring a pot of water to boil, then turn to medium/low heat. Add a dash of white vinegar to the water. Make a whirlpool using a spoon, then crack the egg and lower gently in the water. Let cook for 2 minutes!
