Hello everyone. Welcome to a new week. I will be in there training a new crew member and one of my top people is on vacation. For that reason, we are not open on Saturday. But instead, we’re open for shorter hours on Wed 11:30-3 Thurs 11:30-3 and fri 11:30-6. Again, funky hours, but only because this week is training a new person who I’m hoping will be in there a lot and covering vacation.

Special burger is called Sweet Heat:

Double patty, yellow American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and smothered in mango habanero sauce $14

We will be on DoorDash and if the weather is nice, we have outdoor seating. We hope to see everyone

This weeks burger special is called jalapeño popper burger. Double patty, American cheese, bacon, pepper jelly, and jalapeño popper filling for $14. We in my opinion, have the most specialty burgers, burger toppings, and wing sauces than any other food truck in New Hampshire. Come find out and follow.

We are still looking for one person to work in the food trailer. This is part-time work and Thursday Friday and Saturdays are definitely. With an option of a fourth day perhaps a Wednesday or Sunday to be available if I have the staff that wants it.

Must be:

-18 years of age
-Have a drivers license
-Willing to work either one shift or both shifts on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays

Would like:

-Some kitchen experience, although I’m willing to train the right candidate
- Good customer service and be passionate about food

Burgers and wings is what we do. You would be hard pressed to find another food truck with as many specialty burgers, toppings, or wing sauces that we have. We aim to please.

We had a great day yesterday and I had a lot of fun cooking. Although I won’t be in there today or tomorrow, I have a great team that will. Today we’re 1130-7 Sat 11:30-4 and on DoorDash.

Attention customers - This week (7/13-7/19) the food trailer will be closed. We are coming back stronger next week with a new menu with three grilled cheeses, a new wing sauce, new burger toppings.

For you that don’t know, I’m the owner, Joshua 👋 I own a BBQ catering business called 603 Smok'n Que and this week I have 6 jobs serving more than 400 people. To say, I will be busy is an understatement. And we need to hit a small reset at the trailer. I have new people coming in that I wanna train, and starting next week I’m going to not only be doing all the behind-the-scenes work and setting the crew up for success, I need to be in there and make sure the trailer is running smoothly. Not every day or shift but more!

Starting next week, I’m considering this a new day for the Punks food truck. The first three months I’ve been learning how to manage people and stay afloat. The next three months I’m focused on selling the best burgers and wings I can. Stay tuned. Stay hungry. See everyone next week.
