Being in the United States, we adjusted our recipe to fit our customers’ preferences — no liver, but we made sure the heart and soul of sisig stayed the same.

Still packed with that perfectly seasoned pork and that irresistible smoky, char-grilled flavor, signature tangy, spicy, savory flavor, with a little sweetness from the onions that brings everything together. Every bite tells a story of tradition, adaptation, and sharing our culture through food.

We’re a family-owned food truck operated by just the four of us—my husband handling front of house, myself in the kitchen/back of house, and our two young children right alongside us.

As a homeschooling family, we often bring our kids with us to work. They help with simple tasks like bussing tables, handing out utensils and napkins,taking pictures onsite and assisting customers when needed. It may sound unusual to some, but for us, it’s a meaningful part of their learning experience.

Beyond academics, we’re intentional about teaching them real-life values—hard work, responsibility, teamwork, and perseverance. They’re not just “helping out”; they’re learning what it means to contribute, serve others, and take pride in what you do.

Do we serve spicy food?

Sometimes! Filipino food is generally more about flavor than heat. When we offer dishes like Pork Sisig or Caldereta, the spice level is usually mild to medium. Many of our customers describe it as "American spicy"—enough to notice, but not overwhelming.

We want everyone to enjoy Filipino food, whether they love spice or prefer none at all. 🌶️❤️
