Looking for a fun, fast paced work environment?
Join the team at Grind and Go Cafe!

We are looking for:

• 1 Dishwasher
• 1 Barista
• 2 Kitchen/BOH Prep Cooks

❗️Barista and Kitchen/BOH positions are NOT entry-level positions. Relevant experience is required!

Please do not apply unless you have the following:
• Meet the experience requirements for the position you are applying for.
• Are able to work weekends.
• Are able to work year-round.
• Have a positive attitude and work well with others.
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Can provide 3 professional references.
 
➡️ Dishwasher Applicants:
• 16+
• June–August: Tuesday–Friday, 10am–4pm
• Year-round: Saturdays + Sundays, 9am–3pm
Responsibilities Include:
• Washing/drying dishes
• Taking out trash throughout the shift
• Breaking down boxes
• Cleaning and stocking bathrooms
• Sweeping/mopping floors
• General cleaning and organization

➡️ Barista Requirements:
• 18+
• Experience using an espresso machine (dialing in + pulling shots)
• Able to make specialty lattes
• Able to follow recipes and instructions for seasonal menus and specials

➡️ Kitchen/BOH Prep Cook Requirements:
• 18+
• ServSafe Certified
• Comfortable working a busy line
• Able to follow recipes for prep work and baking
