A simple concept where people can take their taste buds and creativity to make whatever kind of breakfast they want.

And then build it as you wish. Today I did a bowl with scrambled eggs, feta cheese, roasted potatoes, pico de gallo, sliced avocados, pickled red onions, and topped with lime crema.

Literally have it exactly how you want it, made fresh in our scratch kitchen to order.
