Due to uncontrollable technical issues on Grubhub’s side, we have been experiencing ongoing order receiving problems over the past week. For example, even orders that normally only take us 15 minutes to prepare are sometimes being automatically marked by the platform as “scheduled orders” with pickup times delayed by 1–2 hours. Unfortunately, this often results in no drivers coming to pick up the orders at all.

If you were one of the customers affected by this issue, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. For the time being, we have temporarily turned off our Grubhub platform while actively urging Grubhub to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Thank you again for your continued support and love for our food. We truly appreciate it, and we hope to reopen our Grubhub platform soon once everything is working smoothly again without any issues.
