🔥 FOOD & BEVERAGE SHOUT OUT 🔥

There was a time when we removed our Lettuce Wraps from the menu… and WOW, did we hear about it. 😂 You asked, you begged, you passionately demanded — and we brought them back!

🥬 LETTUCE WRAPS
Your choice of grilled chicken, pork carnitas, or grilled shrimp with black beans, corn, peppers, and onions. Served with seasoned sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, and Butter Leaf Lettuce.

And for our beverage shout out… yes, we have an amazing Boulder Bloody — but have you tried The Unexpected Mary yet? 👀

🍹 THE UNEXPECTED MARY
Prairie Organic Vodka, Sweet Haven Pineapple Jalapeño & Turmeric, Master of Mixes Loaded Bloody Mary Mix, Filthy Pickle Stuffed Olives, lime, and a seasoned rim.

A little fresh, a little spicy, a little unexpected — and SO good.

Stop into Boulder Tap House and give this food + beverage combo a try! 🍻

✨Feature Friday✨

This week we are featuring our rock star server, Natalie!

Natalie started here in June 2026. She is constantly working and picking up shifts for us. Serving comes naturally to her as she's always on top of her section, keeping her customers happy, and helping out the rest of the staff at the same time.

Natalie's favorite meal from Ames BTH is our spicy garlic wings 🧄🍗

She likes working here because of the extensive menus, how much there is to learn, and the good people and management.

You've been such a wonderful addition to our team, Natalie! We're lucky to have you! 💓

🍔🍺 FUN FACT ABOUT BOULDER TAP HOUSE!

Did you know the idea for Boulder Tap House was created on a napkin? Yes… a napkin. 😄

Many moons ago, one of our original owners had a vision. He shared the idea with another owner, who basically said, “Show me.” So, naturally, he grabbed a napkin and started drawing it out. ✍️

That little napkin sketch eventually became something much bigger.

The vision came to life in St. Cloud, Minnesota, where an existing restaurant space was transformed into the very first Boulder Tap House. And what is so fun to think about is that the heart of that original idea is still very much who we are today:

🍔 Great burgers
🍺 Craft b**r
🙌 A fun, casual place to gather
❤️ Somewhere to enjoy time with friends, family, coworkers—or just yourself!

Today, Boulder Tap House has grown to more than 10 locations, and we are incredibly proud of how far that napkin-sized dream has come.

And a special thank-you to the person behind that original dream, who is still part of our team today. Apparently, some pretty great ideas really DO start on a napkin. 😉🍔🍺

Here’s to big dreams, humble beginnings and everything still ahead for Boulder Tap House!

🍂 FOOD + BEVERAGE SHOUTOUT 🥃🥪

There’s a chill in the air, so this week’s shoutout had to be something that screams cozy fall vibes. 🍁 And really… what pairs better than a warm, cheesy Philly Sandwich and a smooth Banana Bread Old Fashioned? 😍

🥪 Philly Sandwich
Shaved beef topped with Pabst onions, banana peppers, green peppers, Swiss cheese and Alabama white sauce. Served on a toasted hoagie bun with au jus on the side.

🥃 Banana Bread Old Fashioned
1792 Small Batch Bourbon, banana liqueur, black walnut bitters, chocolate bitters and a Filthy Cherry.

Comfort food + bourbon season = a pretty perfect combo. 😉🍂

Stop into Boulder Tap House and cozy up with us!
