Wishing a happy 10th anniversary to Morning Bell Coffee Roasters! We’ve been serving their coffee and espresso ever since we opened our doors. A big thank you for the years of amazing coffee!

In 2022- Morning Bell became Iowa’s first workers cooperative. We admire their investments & partnerships within the community.

You can visit them on Main St in Ames 7a-5p everyday, shop roasted coffee in store or order beans directly from their website, and learn more about them on their social medias.

We’d like to express our gratitude to y’all for the continued support and making Lockwood great!
Both the Mother’s Day and college graduation weekends are chaotic for the service industry, but we are so thankful for the kindness, patience, & courtesy you show our crew and each other when in this space.
If you have a service industry worker in your life- make sure to thank them for all they do!
Looking forward to seeing all the faces that come through this weekend, & congratulations to all the ISU graduates!

Pastry highlights! 🥐🍓🍪

Have you tried some of our newer pastries yet? These lemon bars and “Step Mom” cookies (oatmeal, chocolate chip, walnut, coconut) are a couple of our newer additions to our pastry case rotation. There are some more recipes in the works that we’re eager to roll out and share with y’all! Come grab a pastry and coffee (and crepe too!!) from us this weekend!
