Neighborhood parties are my absolute favorite! The immense feeling of community and inclusion and love is unmatched. This is what I set out for on my food truck journey, the joy, the happiness, the huge smiles always make it worth it.

I wasn't originally going to post this, but I decided to use it as a learning opportunity that I can share with others.

On our way home from Revival on Sunday, our jack just decided to rapidly deconstruct itself on the freeway, and a piece of it ended up striking our refrigerated sandwhich prep station, essentially killing it

Instead of looking at it as a negative horrible thing that happened we can learn from why it fell apart in the first place, we learned we need to check fasteners more thoroughly before and after every trip, especially long ones.

In business, there are 2 types of risks we take, the known, and the unknown. We can't plan for everything but we can always control how we respond to it. Anyways I hope all you beautiful people of the universe have an amazing week!
