We’re serving Korean sweet & spicy meatballs with my housemade sundae (Korean sausage), rice, and fresh vegetables. The sundae is my own blend of Korean inspiration and Minnesota ingredients, including wild rice from the Boundary Waters area, beef and pork from Grass Fed Cattle Co, and veggies from our backyard.
Bold Korean flavors. Minnesota roots. Made from scratch.

Tonight’s special! 5PM-8PM 🤗

✨FROM THE FARM TO THE PLATE✨
One of my favorite parts of cooking in Minnesota is letting the season guide the plate.
For this Friday’s special, I’m celebrating local farmers with something often overlooked. Pork heart from Grass Fed Cattle Co. Properly cleaned, sliced, and hard-seared, it develops an incredible crust while staying tender and full of flavor.
I’m pairing it with caramelized local apples, apple-mustard pan sauce, brown butter spaetzle, and crispy shallots.
The idea is simple: respect the ingredient, celebrate the farmer, and let the season speak for itself.
From our local farms, through our kitchen, and onto your plate a little taste of Minnesota.

Happy Thursday!! 🤗

First and foremost, a late thank you to everyone who came to the cottage during Amboy Days last weekend! We saw a lot of familiar faces and made a lot of new friends! 🥰

This Friday evening Chef Hunter is doing a seared pork heart from Grass Fed Cattle Co…paired with caramelized local apples, apple-mustard pan sauce, brown butter spaetzle, and crispy shallots. 😋

And! Thank you Gary for the pumpkins again this year! We always love them! 🎃

✨We will have live music at 10AM.

✨Breakfast will end at 9:30AM, then we’ll be doing just rolls and coffee until lunch at 11AM.
✨Lunch will feature ribs and the red cow burger.

We will not be doing reservations on Saturday after 9:30AM.
