La Baja’s new summer menu has arrived, and we’re so proud to share it with our guests!
Our new summer menu highlights local & seasonal ingredients while showcasing our mission of celebrating the rich gastronomic traditions of foods of the Mexican borders.
As we developed this new menu, we reflected on the stories of migration, cultural exchange, and culinary evolution that have shaped these regions. We looked to native recipes, time-honored techniques, and the traditions Chef Dionicio has shared throughout the years, alongside the inspiration we’ve found through collaborations with chefs from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Together, these influences have shaped a menu that honors tradition while embracing creativity and flavor. The result is a menu that feels distinctly La Baja, one rooted in the celebration of culture, community, seasonality, and the stories that continue to shape our cuisine.
