Advanced Biology - 6.3% Hazy IPA.

This studious hazy IPA was brewed with 2-row malted barley, flaked oats, and white wheat; and heavily hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Chinook.

It’s a real lush fruit sipper, with notes of cotton candy grapes, ripe mango, peach danish, pear seltzer, and classic Nookie-Nelson vibes. Crack one for all the AP Bio freaks in your life.

This one is real nice!

Primitive Reflex - 5.3% West Coast Pale Ale.

We brewed this hoppy ripper with German Pilsner malt and hopped it OG style with Simcoe, Mosaic, and Amarillo.

That pilsner malt gives it an elegant malty skeleton and a lemonade stand style color; upon which float the hoppy notes like tangerine fluff, mango sorbet, joints rolled in a pine tree, and an ethereal rose garden.

German Pilsner - 4.7%

Brewed with German Pilsner malt and hopped entirely with German Tettnanger. Our hard Ambler water lends itself well to this snappy, dry, hoppy Pilsner style.

It pours a brilliant straw yellow color, with a creamy white head, and emanates noble beery aromatics from the glass. We get notes of homemade crackers, alfalfa honey, diverse grassland, apple blossoms, summer herb gardens, and the almighty pasta water. Really digging this one.

We released two new beers over the weekend during our 14th Anniversary celebration, we’d like to tell you about them now.

Approaching Nothing - 8% Double IPA Anniversary collaboration with .

It had been a while since we got together with the gang to brew some beer, and we figured a DIPA to celebrate our 14th Anniversary was the perfect occasion. We mashed in 2-row barley and lots of flaked oats, and let the Hidden River dudes throw hops wherever they damned well pleased, and it sure pleased them to throw hops just about every-damn-where! Citra, Cascade, Riwaka, and Strata made their way into the mashtun, the kettle early and late, and extra charges were added to the dry hopper. The beer pours with a Douglasville-style haze and really bursts with hop character out of the glass.

We’re getting notes of mango-heavy fruit cocktail, fresh squeezed tangerine juice, psychedelic grapefruit, when you first enter the dispensary, ethereal pink cherries, and sharing a box of orange creamsicles with your pals.

Fallen Hero - 12.5% Barrel Aged Barley Wine

Brewed with Maris Otter and Crystal malt; hopped with British and American hops; fermented with our British yeast; and aged in freshly emptied bourbon and apple brandy barrels for 26 - 39 months. Pours a beautiful mahogany with a wispy khaki head and has decadent notes of Turkish figs, fermented raisins, graham cracker with toasted marshmallow, spicy bourbon, vanilla, rich malty Maris Otter, some kind of boozey caramel cake, maturity, and a sneaky abv that only the buzzing of your gums reveals.
