A New Chapter for Kodiak's Kitchen

To everyone who has supported Kodiak's Kitchen over the years—thank you.

Many of you have noticed we've been a little quieter lately, and I wanted to share what's next.

Earlier this year, I made the decision to sell the food trailer. That decision wasn't made lightly, but it allowed me to purchase a farm kitchen and invest more heavily in the future of our farm, Wahoo Farms

While the trailer is gone, the mission hasn't changed. We still believe in quality ingredients, scratch-made food, and knowing where your food comes from. In fact, we're now able to take that commitment even further by focusing on raising the food ourselves.

Moving forward, much of our energy will be dedicated to Wahoo Farms and our Private Membership Association (PMA).

What is a PMA?

A Private Membership Association is a private community of members who choose to support and receive products, services, and events directly from the farm. It allows us to build a closer relationship with the families we serve while keeping our focus on local food and agriculture.

Will Kodiak's Kitchen still cater?

Yes!

Catering will continue to be available through the PMA. Because much of our food is raised and produced on the farm, events need to be booked well in advance so we can properly plan production, raise livestock accordingly, and ensure we deliver the quality experience our members expect.

It’s the best beef around. It’s local, 21 day aged, and absolutely melts in your mouth, every single time!

We’ll be set up at John Stiff Memorial Park this Saturday, April 25th from 11 AM – 4 PM (or until we sell out 👀).

We’re there for an event—but YES, we are open to the public, so come find us and grab lunch!

Pampa, we’re coming your way 🔥

We’ll be out at Weekends this Saturday, April 11th with the truck!

We’ll start serving somewhere between 4–5PM and hang out with y’all until things slow down, we sell out, or we hit 11PM — whichever comes first.

Spring and summer are here, which means wedding season, graduation parties, company lunches, family reunions, and all the fun stuff is about to start!

If you need food for an event, Kodiak’s Kitchen would love to be there. We can do weddings, private parties, employee appreciation lunches, late night wedding snacks, festivals, or really anything where people need good food.

We cook everything fresh on site, and we can customize the menu to fit your event.

🐻 Alright… we’re making it official.

We’re going to start opening every Friday from 6:30AM–1PM for breakfast and lunch out at Affordable Storage (I-27 & McCormick).

Breakfast is going to be simple but GOOD.
We’ll have loaded hashbrowns with your choice of potroast, steak, or sausage gravy, topped with 2eggs, cheese, green onions, sour cream, and chimichurri. And of course… biscuits and gravy.

As we roll into lunch, we’ll be running the potroast & provolone and the fajita pepperjack grilled cheeses, plus loaded fries — and I’m making HOMEMADE ketchup for them 👀

Everything will be made fresh and cooked to order like always.

Also — if you’re in a hurry, we’re going to start taking text-in orders so you can grab your food and go.

We use always fresh ingredients, locally sourced meats, organic raw cheeses, and we cook with real beef tallow — no shortcuts, no mass-produced trays, no boring buffet food and NO seed oils, EVER!
