Proud to have Elevate Studio serve our community today! 💛

A special thank you to the Amarillo Area Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) for the work they did behind the scenes helping coordinate today’s Tri-State Fair Parade and helping ensure everything ran safely and smoothly.

We were honored to have Elevate Studio serve as a command post for the CERT team during today’s parade operations.

CERT is part of our Amarillo Area emergency preparedness network and is a FEMA-sponsored program that trains community volunteers in disaster preparedness, basic first aid, fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization and other skills that allow them to support professional first responders when our community needs them most.

Most people attending a parade never see all the planning, coordination and people working behind the scenes to make an event like this happen. Today we got an up close look at some of those dedicated volunteers.

What a great evening at Elevate Studio! ✨

We loved opening our doors and welcoming the Alignable community for an evening of networking, conversation, connection and plenty of great food.

One of the things I envisioned for Elevate Studio was creating more than just a place to grab your favorite shake or tea. I wanted a space where people could connect, collaborate and build community and tonight was a great example of exactly that.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening such a success. We look forward to hosting many more gatherings at Elevate Studio!

✨ A New Chapter Begins… Welcome to Elevate Studio. ✨

Today marks the beginning of an exciting new journey.

After much planning, prayer, and hard work, I’m excited to officially announce that Polk St. Nutrition is becoming Elevate Studio.

While our name is changing, our mission remains the same to create a welcoming space where our community can enjoy great nutrition, build meaningful relationships, and leave feeling better than when they walked in.

As we prepare for our Grand Opening, you’ll begin seeing exciting updates, a refreshed look, new menu items, community events, and much more.

I also want to express my sincere gratitude to Misty Salazar, Blair and Blanca Schaffer. Thank you for the years of dedication you poured into this location and for building such an incredible community. Your support, encouragement, and willingness to help make this transition possible means more than you know. I wish each of you continued success in your next chapters.

To everyone who has supported this page over the years, thank you for staying with us. I can’t wait to show you everything we’ve been working on.
