Prissy’s Barbecue by Texas Meat Engineers is a mobile BBQ food trailer that moves around the Amarillo Texas area. We are open most Friday evenings at 6pm and Saturday’s at 11am (location TBA). We look forward to feeding you and your upcoming events.

We are running very behind this morning! We ran into a number of issues, that I won’t get into! The only impact is RIBS! We won’t have ribs available until around 1pm today! I am very sorry! But everything else is ready to go! And smash burgers are ready at 11am!
