Prissy’s Barbecue by Texas Meat Engineers is a mobile BBQ food trailer that moves around the Amarillo Texas area. We are open most Friday evenings at 6pm and Saturday’s at 11am (location TBA). We look forward to feeding you and your upcoming events.

If you don’t know by now we’re open on Sundays! I try my best to pull out all the stops, ensuring a restful Sunday for y’all! Nothing puts a buzz into a restaurant like a church crowd gathering to enjoy a meal with their loved ones! It truly lights me up!

Sunday is also the only day I have room on my smoker to do anything new! So SMOKED CHICKEN is available on SUNDAY! I do my best not to have an ego but this smoked chicken is too good not to be proud of! Try it as a plate or on a tour of Texas or family platter!
