MEET THE MAN 🦈 This is Brent Epps — owner of Sharky's Burrito Company on South Georgia. He opened up in July of 2004, which means Sharky's just hit 22 years of feeding Amarillo.

Twenty-two years. First job for half this city. That's not a restaurant, that's a landmark.

We handed him our green tomatillo and our 30-year-old original hot sauce and asked him to pick a side. 🌶️
