Tomorrow we’re stepping away from the ordinary and bringing the streets straight to the grill.

Introducing THE STREET KING a Texas sized creation built with thin sliced chargrilled steak piled high on griddled Texas toast, then loaded with smoked queso, charred street corn, pickled red onions, jalapeño, crispy onion strings, Cotija cheese, cilantro, avocado crema, hot honey, charred lime, and a little chimichurri.

This one is definitely going to require both hands. 😂

We start with Texas toast griddled in garlic butter, then pile it high with:

🍗 Crispy chicken-fried chicken
🐷 Pulled pork
🧀 Mozzarella
🥓 Crispy bacon
🧅 Crispy onion strings
🌶️ Jalapeño kaleslaw
🍯 Hot honey
🧀 Smoked queso

We definitely needed the rain, but that doesn’t mean you have to spend the whole day stuck at home.

Tonight’s a pretty good excuse to get out and let us handle dinner:
