Palace quickly earned a reputation for great coffee, a warm atmosphere, and a talented staff of baristas who do everything with thought and craft. Palace now has three retail locations - Canyon, Downtown Amarillo, and Southwest Amarillo - and a roastery where they roast coffee for their retail shops as well as for wholesale customers in our area and beyond. Owners, Patrick and Krystal Burns, have began consulting with other entrepreneurs who desire to open cafes in their own communities.

Saturday October 10th, head to Palace Coffee Wolflin to enjoy live music, shop from local vendors, participate in a clothing swap to prepare your closet for the cold, and stick around for our very first Palace Poetry Night. More details coming soon! For now, make sure to mark your calendar:

It can't be the first day of fall without a sweet pumpkin drink, so here's ours: the Pumpkin Pie Latte! 🎃

This is an updated version of our previous Pumpkin Maple, made with Hollander Chocolate Co. pumpkin sauce. Anyone who knows us knows we're big Hollander fans, so it just made since for us to use their deliciously rich sauce, made with organic pumpkin and spices, and naturally high fructose corn syrup, soy, gluten, and trans-fat free.*

Topped with a dash of pumpkin pie spice, you can also add a little extra sweetness with a layer of our seasonal pumpkin maple shaken cream!

Stop by your local Palace, or order ahead on our app - either way, it's the best way to start the fall season off right. 🖤🎃

*Heads up, this sauce is made with sweetened condensed milk so the Pumpkin Pie Latte cannot be made dairy free!

All our baristas go through latte art training to ensure they can pour you a beautiful work of art each time you order your favorite hot latte. In fact, they earn special pins based on which level of training they've completed! Next time you visit your local Palace, ask your barista to show off their latte art pins... and maybe order a hot latte to see their skills in action!
