Palace quickly earned a reputation for great coffee, a warm atmosphere, and a talented staff of baristas who do everything with thought and craft. Palace now has three retail locations - Canyon, Downtown Amarillo, and Southwest Amarillo - and a roastery where they roast coffee for their retail shops as well as for wholesale customers in our area and beyond. Owners, Patrick and Krystal Burns, have began consulting with other entrepreneurs who desire to open cafes in their own communities.

The Summer Soda is a crisp, ice-cold glass of pure sunshine... too cheesy? Okay, here are the real ingredients: pineapple gum, passionfruit, and lychee syrups, all combined with bubbly sparkling water and flipped over ice. It's bright, it's refreshing, and it's a surefire way to cool down on a hot day.

Liam is a big fan of dishwashers and washing machines, so Carlos suited him up and showed him what it looks like to wash dishes at Palace. To say a time was had is an understatement - just look at the joy on his face!

They roast the coffee, pack the bags, fill the orders, clean the equipment, check the details, and keep the whole thing moving.

Most of their work happens before the coffee ever gets to your cup, but it is one of the biggest reasons Palace tastes like Palace.
