💛 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 💛

When we opened our first location here in Amarillo, we were closed on Sundays to give ourselves as owners a break for a day but also for our amazing employees to be able to have a day to fully rest without any thoughts about YCG.
After a month or two of being open, we decided that we “needed” to be open on Sundays due to struggling being a new small business.

Yesterday at church, God spoke VERY clearly (& randomly) to me and asked me to be closed on Sundays and trust Him …. Of course me being myself (LOL) I argued with him back and forth a little bit and tried to work my way around to give Him His way but also get my way some … At the end of this I decided to listen to God and trust HIM … with all of this being said;
Starting August 23rd 2026 (08.23.26) we will be CLOSED EVERY SUNDAY, to allow ourselves a break but also our amazing employees a break to be able to serve our amazing customers to the best of our abilities. I know this will make some people upset, BUT we appreciate you and will continue to listen to God and what God has called us to do as individuals but also as Yellow City Grind. 💛✨🫶🏼☕️
