Congratulations to our newly installed D3 SkillsUSA officers! Culinary Arts student, Juan Ybarra Tascosa High School was elected as the 2026-27 Parliamentarian, and Automotive Technology student, Michael Elicero Amarillo High School was elected as the Chairman.
Our D3 officer team worked diligently the past four days at Summer Leadership Camp at Deer Creek Ranch to earn their statesmen pins and plan for the upcoming 2026-27 school year.

Blake walked away 5th place in Ribs (96 teams competing!) at the High School BBQ Inc. - HSBBQ State Cookoff today.

AmTech Culinary students walked with confidence onto the floor to compete with the best in the state this past week in Corpus Christi and we are so proud of them for shining bright.

They displayed determination and grit when obstacles appeared, and they finished strong. Congratulations for competing at the state level and excelling in your craft.
We are proud of all of you.
Also, a big thank you to our local Restaurant Association partners for mentoring our students as we prepared for state.
