You can’t have Mexican food without chips & salsa, and we take both pretty seriously around here.

We want to know: what does your perfect tortilla chip look like?

Are you team thin & crispy: the kind that practically melts in your mouth once you add salsa? Or thick & crunchy: because if you can’t scoop up a ridiculous amount of salsa without the chip breaking, what’s even the point?

And what about seasoning?

•No salt - let the salsa do the talking.
•Lightly salted -just enough to bring out the flavor.
•Seasoned - the chip deserves some flavor of its own.

Our thick-cut white corn tortilla chips come from a local distributor and are fried fresh every day right here at Vaquero. And the salsa you’re dipping them into? Both our red and green salsas are made fresh in-house every single day.
