God and the chicken...

When you stop and look closely at a simple chicken, it becomes undeniably clear how thoughtful, generous, and brilliant God is as a Creator.

God designed the chicken to be capable of laying an egg nearly every single day. Every morning when a hen lays an egg, it is like a fresh, daily delivery of God’s provision. It is a tangible reminder that His mercies are new every morning, and that He is intimately involved in providing for our day-to-day physical survival.

God is in the details; you just have to be willing to look.

I could watch chickens all day!

Every day when I walk up to the run, they swarm the fence waiting for their scratch. If I'm not quick enough, they will fly on top of the fence and stare at me; they are very impatient animals. 😂
