🍧😂 Well… our snow cones have officially gone rogue! 😂🍧

Due to the Texas heat, the temperature inside the trailer, and our syrups doing whatever they want, our snow cones are not exactly turning out like traditional snow cones.

Instead, we somehow created a snow cone and slushie love child—and people are loving it!

So we’re making it official: meet Ellie Mae’s Snow Slush!

They’re cold, flavorful, handmade to order, and available in every flavor we offer. We may not have planned it, but sometimes the best things happen by accident!

Stop by Sunday, July 12, 2026, and try one for yourself. We’ll also have our full coffee, iced tea, lemonade, cherry limeade, and strawberry limeade menus available.

OK folks looks like we’ve got everything fixed took a while, but I was only at the food truck park for about 20 minutes today looks like tomorrow myself and Ellie Mae are gonna be at the food truck park with our full menu that means coffee, tea, shaved ice, lemonade, and limeade.  gonna try this one more time and hopefully everything goes as planned this time. lol

I can’t win today! Now I’ve sprung a water leak, and I’m working on getting that fixed.

I’ll keep you guys updated, but I’m getting to that dang food truck park before midnight one way or another! lol

It’s just been one thing after another. The trailer is only three years old, and the people I bought it from took really good care of it—so I guess this is just my amazing luck!!!! LOL

We are making room for some serious summer flavors. We have put in our orders so by the 11th or so we should be able to bring you the coolest treats in town:

🍧 Shaved Ice (Snow Cones)
🍋 Fresh Lemonade
🍒 Cherry Limeade

We are also trying our best to get the ingredients for Strawberry Lemonade and Strawberry Limeade so keep your fingers crossed for us! 🤞

Hey everyone! 👋 I am so sorry for the radio silence over the last 2+ months. I know you’ve been wondering where we’ve been!

We hit a couple of major roadblocks—first, we had to get the plumbing completely redone, and then, to make things worse, the A/C went out. 😅 If you’ve ever been in a coffee trailer in a Texas summer without A/C, you know it’s basically a sauna! I couldn’t risk working in there with my health.

The good news: A brand new A/C unit is officially on the way! 🎉

Even better news: While I’m stuck waiting for the installation, I am open for DELIVERIES! 📦 Give me a call and I’ll get your order to you. Plus, when we finally get back to the food truck park, we are leveling up—per Ellie Mae, we are going to be serving fresh Coffee and Shaved Ice Snow Cones! ☕🍧

🚨 Important Update

We’re so sorry we haven’t been able to set up this week. Between some unexpected trailer electrical issues and problems with my wife’s vehicle, we’ve hit a bit of a roadblock (literally 😅).

But don’t worry — we’re working hard to get everything sorted, and we plan to be back serving you on Monday, April 27, 2026! ☕️🫖

We can’t wait to brew up your favorite coffee and tea again. Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support — it means the world to us.

We will be closed another day, I am having to make trips back and forth to Decatur working on my wife's car. She is driving the truck so I cant move the trailer. But weather is bad anyway so i guess there is that too... lol
