Y'all, unfortunately, I'm going to have to stop taking tamale delivery orders for this Saturday.... I have so many orders coming in, it's getting kinda crazy. Y'all are gonna tire me out. 😅

I've been getting a lot of people messaging and calling asking me to please do tamales again.

I love cooking, and I really enjoy it. I love being a part of the food you share with your friends and family.
Realistically, driving around and working from the food truck is just too stressful and fast paced for my circumstances. So instead I decided I'll be doing a tamale delivery once a month on a Saturday.

I decided not to sell my food truck so I can still make tamales once a month directly out of the food truck where I can be in a clean and slower paced environment and my husband will be helping me make the deliveries.

Thank you again for your support over the last few years, though circumstances have changed, I'm still chugging along and making tamales!🫔🩷

I still get asked all the time for tamales 🫔.

So this Saturday June 6th I'll be doing tamale deliveries in the dfw areas!

Minimum order of half a dozen, plus a $5 delivery fee.
If you order 1 dozen or more I will waive the delivery fee.

After much long thought and many prayers, it's come to the conclusion and a very difficult decision to sell the food truck.💔

Some of you may already know but for those of you who don't.
Back in April 2025 I woke up one morning blind in my left eye caused by a rare acute retinal eye disease. I've been heavily relying on mainly my right eye. Unfortunately there is no treatment or cure for the condition.
10 months later, I got the news today from my Dr confirming it is now in my right eye, and the condition has started to affect my vision in my right eye.
I've realized that unfortunately no matter what I do, I am losing my vision, and there is nothing to stop it from progressing.

Operating a food truck is just too big of a risk to hurt myself working around open flames, knives, heavy items and high heat. I have to accept the reality of letting it go.

I want to take this moment to thank everyone who's been there from the very beginning. I originally started this business to help pay for my husbands brain tumor surgery.
This business has been such a blessing, but I now have to face the reality of my situation. My vision will not get better.

I will not be accepting any new events. My last event will be in May 2026. I will try to go back to Denton and Alvord TX one last time to sell tamales before selling the food truck.

I'm so sorry for how things turned out. I know this is not the message you all wanted to hear.
This business has been very successful, it's helped us in so many ways and we've been blessed enough to help others with it as well, like the animal shelters.
It's a very hard decision to let it go. I really do love what I do, but my eyes just can't keep up.
Occasionally I'll still try to make tamales and make a few deliveries here and there.

Again, thank you for everyone's support over the past few years! It's been an honor making and serving half pound tamales to my greatest supporters!🫔🩷

It is fully loaded, double axel and has the fire suppression system along with a class k fire extinguisher.
4 burner oven, 2 X-large wok burners, 3 compartment steam table with inserts, commercial refrigerator, water heater, 100lb propane tank.
All inspections are current and have a complete hood vent fire suppression system.

Please, I'm asking for your help for anyone who was in the Denton area this morning on 35.

My father got into a bad crash this morning in Denton at 6am on 35 near the Mayhill Rd area.
Someone crashed into the back of his red truck from behind him causing his truck to spin on the highway and hit an 18 wheeler.
If you were in the area at the time and happened to have witnessed the crash or have any description of the crash or the vehicle that hit him, please let me know!
