Just a little garlic and herb turkey breast this weekend. Start your practice early for thanksgiving yall. No one wants dry and flavorless turkey.

Start your process with Tx BBQ Hub brine for 12-14 hours. Season with First Class BBQ perfect storm and chicken on chain. Cook to your desired temperature then wrap in foil with garlic butter and let rest for a hour. these two combo will not disappoint and have your family asking you to bring more next time.

Day 2 in the books at American Royal World Series of Barbecue. We had beautiful weather today and looking to see if we can get to walk on stage. Today there is about 350+ of the worlds best teams. Wish us luck 🍀 going live at awards around 5-5:30pm at the awards ceremony

Well we made it to Kansas City for the American Royal! So excited to be here and cook with the best BBQ cooks in the world! It’s definitely windy and ALOT of rain, but nothing we haven’t handled before 😆 More posts to come this week/weekend. Good luck to all our Texas teams!
