🔥Update from Massey’s BBQ – Alvarado🔥

Today we met with construction and city officials, and we were given an estimated timeline of 5–6 weeks for everything to be completed.

We are patiently waiting… but also very impatiently counting down the days. We are more than ready to be back home at our original location — the GOAT, the OG of Massey’s BBQ.

We miss serving our community there, and we are beyond grateful for every single person who continues to support us through this process. Your patience, encouragement, and loyalty mean everything to our family.

We can’t wait to open those doors again and fire up the pits where it all started.

🚨 Big News from Massey’s BBQ - Alvarado Location🚨

We have some exciting (and a little unexpected) news to share! The building we are currently in has sold, so our last day at this location will be March 28th.

BUT don’t worry — Massey’s BBQ Alvarado isn’t going anywhere! We are moving to our new location on the Alvarado Square 🎉

Our new building is still being finished, so we will be closed for a few short weeks while we complete construction and get everything ready. Then we’ll be celebrating with a Grand Opening at our new spot on the square!

🔥 When we reopen, we’ll also be introducing an expanded menu, including:
• More BBQ options
• Kids Meals
• Hand-Battered Onion Rings
• Hand-Cut Fries
• Burgers
• Beer

📣 Good news while we are closed:
We will still be taking catering and large orders!
✔️ We can meet you on the Alvarado Square for pickup
✔️ Or deliver to your location

All food will be prepared out of our Glen Rose location during this time.
