We're Back! Dusty Roads Smokehouse will be open again on new days and new hours. We will be open Friday and Saturday from 10:30 to 7:00 or sellout. Come see us tomorrow and grab some that awesome "Que on the Square" downtown Alvarado.

Dusty Roads is back in the game. Opening this Saturday, 11/20 @ 10:30 till sold out. Voted "Best Brisket in DFW" in 1992 by KLUV Radio. Cooking Low & Slow since 1988, 6 restaurants and 3 food trucks.
Our menu consist of Brisket, Pork Belly, Turkey Breast, and Inhouse made Craft Sausage, 3 flavors, Texas smoked w/cheese, Jalapeño & Cheese, and my version of Texas Boudin. Sides from scratch, Smoked Mac n Cheese, Baked potato Casserole, and Brisket & Tallow Baked Beans. Don't forget Peach cobbler for dessert. Come see us, it won't last long. It is so good to be serving the public again! Every Thursday at the "Daily Special Cafe", Alvarado, TX, we will be serving our "Award Winning" Wagyu Brisket, perfectly smoked with our "Texas Top 50" Brisket Rub, coming soon in 1 lb. bags, Our Lip Smacking St Louis Ribs, smoked Sausage, our famous "Baked Beans", homemade "Potato Salad", other vegetables and deserts.
