We are back! Thanks for all the visits, cards, and prayers. It's time for Dusty Roads Smokehouse "Que on the Square", Thursday & Friday, downtown Alvarado open from 10:30 - 7:00. Come and get some of the best "Que" around. 40 years experience, voted best best brisket in DFW by KLUV Radio, our brisket rub was in the top 5 from Texas Monthly. Our meats are smoked to perfection with Wood, Fire, and Air. Along with our "melt in your mouth" brisket, we offer tender Pork Spare Ribs, Pork Belly, Turkey, and Craft Sausage, both regular and jalapeno cheese.

Our new menu item is Brisket Nachos, housemade white Queso, pico de gallo, jalapenos, and sour cream. Order with or without guacamole. See you soon.

Good Tuesday morning from Dusty Roads Smokehouse, a big thank you for all the prayers, comments, and text concerning the episode I had last week, all are appreciated. Doctor is not letting us open this week but he is letting me smoke some meat. If you would like to pre-order a whole brisket or rack of ribs for Friday or Saturday pickup, let me know messenger or text, 68two-52one-939two, text is better. We will do the same deal as last week, 12-14 # brisket $125, rack of pork spare ribs $30, spots are limited and I need to know by end of day Wednesday. Thanks again, Pat

We're Back! Dusty Roads Smokehouse will be open again on new days and new hours. We will be open Friday and Saturday from 10:30 to 7:00 or sellout. Come see us tomorrow and grab some that awesome "Que on the Square" downtown Alvarado.
