Thank you to all of our wonderful new friends who have joined us over the past 2½ weeks! We’ve received so much great feedback and support, and we’re excited to continue growing and serving great meals to you, your family, and friends. We’ve got so many great compliment. I can’t express how grateful we are to everyone who is supporting us!

Thank you for your patience as we continue training our staff and getting everything organized. Chris and I have been working 15–16 hour days, seven days a week, and we truly appreciate everyone’s understanding and encouragement.

We are also so thankful for our staff who have stuck with us, worked hard, and helped us make Alva Diner a great place to enjoy a meal with family and friends.

Hello Alva!
This will be our first weekend open, and we are so excited to serve you!

We’ve been incredibly grateful for the support and excitement from the community. As we head into our first full weekend, we just ask for a little patience while our team continues learning, adjusting, and doing everything we can to make your visit a great one.

Because so much of our food is made from scratch and prepared fresh, there may be times when we sell out of a popular item. We are working hard every day to learn the demand and keep up as best we can!

We’ve also received a few questions about our Broasted Chicken, so here’s a helpful little tip: if you know you want Broasted Chicken, tell your server as soon as possible. Once a batch goes into the broaster, it cannot be opened to add additional orders, and fresh chicken does take a little time to cook properly.

We truly appreciate your patience, your feedback, and all of the support you’ve shown us already.

We can’t wait to see y’all this weekend at the Alva Diner!

Well.. we got through our first 3 days of a soft opening. We definitely have some kinks to work out, but all in all I would say we are ready for you Alva!
Please be patient with us as we continue to work out some software bumps as well as training issues, but all in all I would say we had a great first three days!!
So now I will post some food pictures of food. We actually have cooked at the Diner in the past couple days….❤️

Today’s update… late night! It’s 10:30PM, got here at 6:30AM.. about another 1/2 hour to go so you can use credit cards!!

We are hoping to open next Wednesday! 🤞

Roof 😅almost done
Pictures hung ✅
Dishwasher fixed ✅
Inside almost complete 🤪

We hope you are patient- we are going to open soon but same still have a lot of plans and things to do!
