Black & Blue BBQ is at Angel Walk Winery today!, Come and celebrate the Kentucky Derby, beginning at 3:00 PM. The event will offer live music, tasty wine, and a variety of barbecue options. Food service will commence at 2:00 PM and continue until sold out.

You told us… and yeah, we heard you 😄

A lot of you have been asking about the candied bacon, so don’t worry, we’re making plenty of it this weekend! 🥓🔥

We’ll be set up at the Chester Hill Firehall with all the BBQ favorites:

📍 302 Walton St, Philipsburg, PA
🗓 Friday: 3PM – 8PM
🗓 Saturday: 11AM – 7PM (or until we sell out)

🍽 On the menu:
• Smoked salmon meals
• Smoked chicken meals
• Pulled pork sandwiches
• Fried chicken sandwiches
• Smoked hot sausage
• Loaded mac & cheese
• Candied bacon
• B***k balls

And just to make it even more fun, every 25th customer gets a FREE serving of candied bacon.

A portion of the proceeds will be going to support the Chester Hill Fire Company ❤️

🍖 THE WAIT IS OVER! Our New Menu is LIVE! 🔥

Friday March 6th and Saturday March 7th we will be starting our BBQ season. We will be set up in Chester hill at the fire company parking lot located at 302 Walton street, Philipsbirg, PA

On Friday March 6th, we will have limited servings of grilled smoked salmon and grilled smoked Haddock as well as smoked shrimp mac n cheese.

We will also have our usual pulled pork, brisket, smoked mac n cheese and candied bacon available.

We should be ready to serve by 4 on the 6th and noon on the 7th

We are looking forward to the 2026 BBQ season.
