We are available to cater your event year round (excluding Christmas Day and Easter Sunday). Doing this ensures the freshest and best quality possible. When it’s time for your event, we serve your food buffet style with complementary plates and silverware (yes we use real plates and silverware at NO extra cost to you) as well as our signature Lightning BBQ Sauce. Good morning everyone!
We wanted to let everyone know that the Lightning Lardy's BBQ crew will be on vacation starting today May 23rd and will be returning to town the evening of May 31st. During that time we will be unable to take phone calls or reply to emails/messages.

Lightning Lardy's BBQ will be out and about several times this week. Here is a list of dates and locations we will be selling;
Wednesday May 20th- Casella Waste Management 11 am - 3 pm
Thursday May 21st- Della Dealerships Plattsburgh 11 am - 1 pm
Town of Champlain Offices 3 pm - 7 pm
Friday May 22nd- Begor's Supply Mooers 11 am - 2 pm
High Falls Campground 4 pm - 8 pm.
