Good morning friends! Furiosa's Nomad Kitchen will be in the West Plains Civic Center parking lot on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of this week. From 11-2. I will have an exciting new taco to share with you all... can anyone guess what it might be?

I'm down here in the West Plains Civic Center parking lot, all stocked up with a fresh batch of Eastern Lentil Salad that wants to put a little spice in your day! It's packed with fresh beets, apples, walnuts, arugula, capers, golden raisins, and about twenty different spices! It'll be sure to put some zip into your lunch plans! Come give it a try!

Who would like to see a Nomad Ramen? A few years ago I was determined to crack the code for the most sumptuous, umami laden vegan ramen I'd ever had... And I have to say, I got pretty darn close... You think I should bring that idea to my little kitchen on wheels?

What a great day at West Plains Pride yesterday! Thank you all, from attendees, organizers, and my "regulars" who just came to see me for lunch... It was my first "sell-out" day... I was down to only one of my four tacos by day's end. So much support... I'm filled with gratitude ❤️
