At Burger Palace, in the past, they’ve generously provided students at Alton Elementary with ice cream cups—such a sweet tradition we truly admire!

🍒 Here at Cherry On Top, we may be smaller, but we have the same big heart and goal: making sure these kids get to enjoy a special treat after a long school year.

We’re asking for small donations— even just the spare change from your lunch or dinner order can make a difference. It truly doesn’t take much.

It definitely has a lot more benefits than many may realize 🥰

Owning this restaurant has provided a comfortable lifestyle for me and my medium-to-large family. Over the years, it has created opportunities not just for us, but for so many others along the way.

It has given family members and friends — old and new — jobs when they were needed most. It’s helped young people gain their first work experience, earn extra income during college, and even save enough to purchase their first car or truck.

This space has also been a place where memories were made: Sweet 16 celebrations, family gatherings for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and even a wedding reception. It has truly brought people together.

Beyond that, it has provided food on the table in many forms — new recipes, income, budgeting and business experience, lasting connections, and the ability to help others in times of need. We’ve been blessed to give back through donations to wonderful individuals and local schools throughout the years.

Has every moment been great? No.
Have there been early mornings and late nights? Absolutely.
Have there been plumbing issues flooding the kitchen floor first thing in the morning? Yes.
Has every transaction been a success? No.
Has every piece of equipment worked perfectly all the time? Definitely not.

But do the benefits outweigh the challenges? DEFINITELY YES.

Life isn’t perfect. We aren’t perfect. Equipment and plumbing aren’t perfect either. But as I said in the beginning, the rewards and benefits of owning this restaurant have gone far beyond our expectations.

With that said, as life may lead us in a new direction, we are excited to offer this well-established business to the right people — who’s ready to step into an opportunity with strong roots, loyal customers, and room to grow. ♥️
