Hey yall! It's Cassie here! She may not want me to be posting this on the business page, but I have tried to word this as professional as possible. 😂 So anything said on this post I take full accountability for.

All day today I have been trying to put my thoughts into words to make this post... 💭

This woman! She is so dang strong and loves so fiercely. She has one of the biggest hearts I've ever seen. She has left me speechless many times with the way she handles certain things and certain situations. She is strong in her faith and an incredible inspiration. She has been knocked down time and time again and still gets back up.💪🏼✝️

Her dream was to own/run a restaurant and unfortunately that is coming to an end. 😞 She absolutely gave it all she's got and then some. She has spent so many hours praying. She has worked so many long hours. I've watched this woman take some hard hits and STILL kept going..even while under extreme judgment and criticism. We're mistakes made along the way? Absolutely. We are human. NONE of us are perfect. (👈🏼Reread that) Her and I have not always seen eye to eye, we have butted heads, argued, and at one point just didn't even speak... lol.

But at the end of the day I've always wanted to help her make her dream come true. Between the mistakes made and this unforgiving economy, she is forced to close the restaurant. She may not be wanting me to say this, but I know and SEE how deep this hurts her. She is so upset and discouraged. Ginger has always had a beautiful light to her and I have watched that light slowly dim.

She has always been there for me, despite what she was facing. So now it's my turn to lift her up.
She could really use some positivity and kindness. To know Ginger is to love Ginger.

I am thankful for you Ginger, and this wonderful restaurant you've blessed our community with for the last year and a half...and for allowing me to be apart of this journey with you. Please pray for her and any potential new routes or business adventures that could lie ahead.

It is with a heavy heart that I make this post. After many long hours of considerations, we have been forced by a struggling economy to close the restaurant. We want to thank you all for your support and the memories made. We love this community and look forward to seeing economic improvement to our small town. I pray for each and every business that continues to struggle and fight to overcome their own struggles. This Thursday will be our final day. The remainder of the week, we will continue to sell breakfast as usual and offer two lunch specials.
Please pray for us as we consider new avenues for our family and any new business adventures. 🙏
