Smith Concessions, "Shake-Up Stand", was started by Andrew Smith at age 10, in 1998 and he has been serving Shake-ups at the Effingham County Fair in Altamont, IL ever since.

We're a few days late making our first fair post 😅, but Smith Concessions is ready to keep you cool! 🍋🧊

Today is shaping up to be a beautiful day at the Effingham County Fair with a high of 86°—perfect weather for a refreshing 32 oz. Lemonade Shake-Up or our fan-favorite Lavender Lemonade! 💜🍋

Cooler temps have rolled in — perfect weather for a spin around the fairgrounds! 🎡🌬️

Tonight’s a double feature: 🎟️ Armband Night at the Carnival and 🤠 Rodeo under the lights — but don’t forget the hunt is still on for the hidden lemon!
