The Smoke-Filled Journey of Kirby’s Q

The mission of Kirby’s Q is to provide exceptional BBQ in an environment where diners feel like they are sharing a meal with good friends.

Ken has been creating low and slow BBQ for friends and family events since the mid 80’s when we lived in Johnson City, TN. It’s been journey with continuous improvement - a journey with a beginning, but no end in sight. Building his repertoire of Pulled Pork, Brisket, Ribs, and Chicken, he started out with a variety of smokers and processes. For some time now, he have been in the “groove” and based on customer feedback, we consistently produce exceptional smoked meats at Kirby’s Q.

We recognize our success is totally dependent on Kirby’s Q’s ability to meet the dining needs of the community with respect to quality, value, and consistency. We are 100% committed to doing everything possible to achieve that goal.
