Fun fact Friday! Coffee beans usually come in 3 options when buying green. Natural, honey, and washed. Natural as seen above, are dried in the coffee cherry itself which gives it amazing flavor and character. These are my favorite by far! Not only does the bean look cool as it almost has a rainbow affect, but the flavors that come out of them are exceptional. Currently our line of Papua New Guinea beans are a natural, and we are currently working on a new Honduras! Stay tuned ✨

Absolutely unbelievable tasting notes on these two. In our opinion, the blueberry hits you in the face with tons of tropical fruit, plum, and brown sugar.
