Friday nights are officially better at Vice Steak Bar. 🌇 Thank you to everyone who packed the house and the patio this past Friday.

The early rain gave way to an epic sunset, amazing tunes by , and incredible energy all around. From the busy bar inside to families and friends filling up the largest patio in Crabapple, we loved hosting every single one of you.

Summer starts on the patio this Friday at VICE Steak Bar.

Join us for our Friday Night Patio Happy Hour + Live Music Series featuring Emma Grace Roe Music.

We’ll have a special patio & bar menu with some of our favorite bites, cocktail specials, cold drinks, and the perfect atmosphere to kick off the weekend.

What an incredible time at the Kentucky Derby celebration last weekend in Crabapple, Georgia! 🏇🌹

We’re grateful for the invitation and loved being part of such a perfect day filled with amazing weather, great people, Derby fashion, and one unforgettable race.

Our team had the opportunity to meet so many new faces from the Milton and Crabapple community while Chef Holden prepared some special dishes from Vice Steak Bar for guests throughout the event.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared a meal with us, and celebrated the Derby together. We already can’t wait for next year!

Join us for an enjoyable evening at Vice Steak Bar on March 26th at 6:30pm

We are hosting a 5-course dinner featuring the wines of Blue Rock Vineyard, a historic estate located in the renowned Alexander Valley of Sonoma County.

Founded in 1880, the 100-acre Blue Rock estate represents one of the early chapters of European winemaking in Sonoma. Italian immigrants first established vineyards on the property, bringing their knowledge of grape growing along with olive trees and Old World traditions.

The estate’s original stone winery, once known as Villa Maria, closed during the Prohibition era but was revived in 1987 when proprietors Kenny and Cheryl Kahn purchased and restored the historic property. Their vision was to preserve the estate’s Old World charm while producing wines that reflect the unique terroir of Alexander Valley.

Price: $150 per person

Our Gérard Bertrand Wine Dinner was everything we hoped for — elegant, vibrant, and absolutely unforgettable.

From the moment the first glass was poured, guests were transported to Southern France through the bold, expressive wines of Gérard Bertrand — a true pioneer of biodynamic winemaking and the art de vivre lifestyle.

Each course was masterfully crafted to complement the depth and character of the evening’s reds. Rich flavors, perfectly prepared steaks, layered sauces, and thoughtful pairings created a seamless experience from start to finish.

The room glowed Red under the lights of dimly lit candlestick lamps… Glasses clinked. Conversations flowed as the wine poured.
It wasn’t just a wine dinner — it was a celebration of food, wine, and community.
