Some moments come full circle in the best way. ❤️

Today, I had the honor of cooking for the chef Alan Skversky who gave me my very first opportunity in the kitchen. I was completely green, made plenty of mistakes, and had so much to learn—but he looked past all of that and believed in me anyway.

That one chance changed the course of my career, and I’ll always be grateful for it.

It was an absolute pleasure to cook for you today, Chef. Thank you for taking a chance on a young cook all those years ago. I hope I made you proud.

Life has a funny way of bringing things full circle. 👨‍🍳❤️
