In honor of National Sake Day, we’re looking back on a beautiful evening at NAHM shared with Yuri, Ambassador for North American Sake Brewery.

Chef Nahm had the pleasure of welcoming Yuri to the table and introducing our guests to a thoughtful tasting experience, exploring the balance between sake and the layered flavors of Thai cuisine.

It was an honor to share North American Sake Brewery with our guests and create another evening centered around discovery, pairing, and connection through food.

As we begin curating our fall and winter tastings, we’re looking forward to bringing new experiences to the table.

We are five days away from Chef Nahm showcasing at the Atlanta Food & W**e Festival Tasting Tent.

And we’re giving you a little peek at what she has been creating for Atlanta.

The Charcoal-Grilled Lion’s Mane Mushroom Salad is one of Chef Nahm’s newest creations and a beautiful expression of where her culinary artistry is going.

As NAHM steps toward its 20th year, Chef Nahm continues to evolve her craft. Her Thai heritage remains at the heart of what she creates, while seasonality, wellness, and a curiosity for ingredients continue to inspire what comes next.

Here, Lion’s Mane mushroom meets the charcoal grill, bringing forward its natural earthiness and texture through Chef Nahm’s signature expression of balance and Thai flavor.
