Dear customers and beloved community,

We received couple of bad reviews on Google in the last two days which we believe has been started by a bunch of people who are trying to damage our business.

Below is our honest response to any feedback but we urge you to help us fight back against this dishonest way of handling the situation. Please share your feedback on Google and social media about our food and service. Talk to us directly or send us your honest feedback as stated below.

To all our customers,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at our restaurant.

We take customer feedback very seriously, and we're committed to providing our guests with the best possible experience. We'd like to learn more about what happened on your visit so that we can make things right.

Would you be willing to contact us directly at [email protected]? We'd appreciate the opportunity to discuss your concerns and see how we can improve your next visit.

In the meantime, we'd like to offer you a complimentary meal on us. We hope you'll give us another chance to show you that we're committed to providing our guests with a great dining experience.

Thank you again for your feedback. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Sincerely,
Management team!
