Built for nonstop volume, top-tier performance, and the kind of flavor you expect from the best coffee shops in the world. This machine was designed to handle the rush without missing a beat.

Early mornings, long lines, drive-thru chaos — this thing is built to dominate it all while delivering incredible coffee every single time.

We’re excited to get our hands on it and start perfecting coffee at The Pass Coffee House.

Quick update

We’re currently finishing up a few health department required upgrades and final items before opening. Most of the major work is done, and we should have everything up and running by next week. After that, we’ll be waiting on final approval from the health department.

We appreciate everyone following along and supporting us throughout the process. We’re getting very close and can’t wait to welcome everyone in soon.

Spent time today at Mountain Bird Coffee learning more about what goes into great coffee. Seeing how origin, moisture, airflow, and roast development shape flavor gave me a whole new respect for the process.

The owners were incredibly kind, helpful, and generous with their time. You can truly tell they want the best for us.

I left with more confidence that I made the right choice in coffee beans. Years of experience, knowledge, and passion go into every batch at Mountain Bird Coffee.

Progress update!

Things are really coming together—inside is almost finished and our new sign is officially up!

We’re still waiting on our equipment to arrive, but we’re hoping for an early May opening if everything goes as planned.

We’ll have drive-thru coffee, light bakery items, and a variety of local goods like honey, jams, and fresh bread—plus a cozy reading nook with books and WiFi, perfect for relaxing, working, or studying.

Not only is she celebrating another year of life today, but she’s also stepping into her dream! Hannah will be the one running the coffee shop, making your favorite drinks, and sharing her serving heart with everyone who walks through the doors. ☕✨

She’s been talking about doing this for years, and now she’s making it happen. The coffee shop is truly hers, and she’s ready to pour her passion into every cup.

Here’s to Hannah—dream chaser, coffee creator, and someone who always serves with love. 🥳💛
