It is with bittersweet emotions that I announce that Spike’s Junkyard Dogs in Allston will be permanently closing on Saturday, September 24, 2022. We have sold and will not be re-newing our lease. Before we sign off here in Allston, we will be bringing back some of the old favorites that we were unable to run during the pandemic, as well as offer other weekly specials.

It has been an amazing 20 years in Allston. In addition to serving great food, we also strived be a great neighbor and member of the community. I would like to thank the team members that have worked at Spike’s, both past and present, for their devotion to serving the World’s Best Hot Dog. We would not have garnered the numerous awards and accolades without their hard work and tireless effort.

Lastly, I would like to thank the Spike’s customers for your strong and unwavering support throughout our fantastic run; many of you I have known since we opened. It has been my sincere pleasure to host you at Spike’s!

So, get your fill before we say goodbye to Allston and help us celebrate what has been an amazing run!
