New menu for the weekend! Florida Grouper make a debut splash with an almond butter crumb, lemon basil oil, Calabrian chili bead and a sweet corn soubise over a decadent lobster risotto. Have some starters on the patio featuring a flatbread pizza with spicy Italian sausage, chevre and roasted garlic sauce, cognac kissed Georgia peaches, caramelized shallots, twisted wild arugula and a bleu cheese crema or tackle the Mountains of the Moon with an apple stuffed pastry topped with brie, wrapped in prosciutto and finished with a chili crisp hot honey. New menu for the weekend! Barramundi from Down Undi! A buttery sweet fish from Australia, oven bronzed with a sweet chili panko butter crumb and served over forbidden black rice with a delicate lemon beurre blanc, walnut gremolata then finished with a deep and sultry romesco puree. Carbonara's back but this time with wild Argentinian red shrimp! For the sweet side - two new desserts make their debut - a pineapple upside down cake that's not really a cake, but kind of a cake (per chef Jossi - you'll meet her soon), and a mango sago with little pearls in a mango sabayon with toasted coconut. New menu for the weekend! We reeled in some beautiful Halibut and I'll serve that with a bright lemon beurre blanc, fresh herb pistou and purple rice. We're also featuring a twist on the traditional Carbonara by adding tender grilled chicken, spicy Italian sausage, a touch of lemon and a dusting of Manchego and crispy prosciutto tossed with linguini. Don't forget to save room for dessert! We are excited to showcase a creme brulee trio of dark chocolate hazelnut, pistachio Macha, and coconut rum or maybe you're in the mood for Picasso's take on fresh peach cobbler with the essence of elderflower in a buttery gateau. New menu for the weekend! Sea Bass makes a return with a new twist - sufferin' succotash get your Freekeh on! The ancient grain Freekeh makes its debut - an earthy grain with a nutty profile and delicate chew that pairs beautifully with a sweet corn succotash, fresh basil oil and a fire roasted sweet pepper crema.
