Labor Day feels like a good reminder that every single job matters.
Whether you’re washing dishes, prepping food behind the scenes, answering phones, cleaning, serving customers, running the kitchen or leading the whole operation, it takes every person doing their part to keep things moving!

We’re so thankful for our team and for all the hardworking people in our community who show up, work hard and often do the jobs that don’t always get noticed. Happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸

Days like yesterday (Saturday) remind us again what a privilege this livelihood really is. To be invited into some of the most intimate moments of people’s lives, both the heartbreaking ones and the joyful ones, is something we don’t ever take lightly.

Yesterday started at 5 a.m. and ended around 11:30 p.m. Two funerals and a gorgeous wedding.

We had the honor of serving two families as they gathered to celebrate the lives of people they loved. For one, we prepared a pretty incredible 32-foot grazing table filled with sandwiches, artisan meats, cheeses, fruits, desserts and more. For the other, a comforting meal of balsamic chicken, seasonal veggies and roasted red skin potatoes.

Then we loaded up for round three and headed to Dover for Paris & Ian’s wedding. Torrential downpours started once we arrived, but we put up the tents and umbrellas, kept cooking and refused to let the rain put a damper on their beautiful day. 🤍

The bride & groom’s choice of signature woodfired pizzas, pasta, breadsticks and salad filled the tables at the beautiful Yellowbrick on 39, where we met some of the sweetest and most welcoming owners and staff!

By the time we made it home, we were just a little tired. 😉 Today, we took time to REST.

Forever grateful to God for the continued opportunities to serve people through food, and so thankful for our talented, hardworking staff who keep showing up, splitting up when necessary and making days like this possible. 🤍

We didn't get a ton of photos this weekend, but Thursday, Friday & Saturday brought more events, more memories, and a whole lot of woodfire pizza! 🔥🍕❤️
We catered another golf outing Thursday, did pizzas all night Friday for a tailgate party, had the privilege of being part of a very special 90th birthday celebration, and wrapped up Saturday night with an awesome concert at 1875 Winery, where you SOLD US OUT of pizza!

All very different events, and we loved every bit of them!

This morning we're back in the kitchen cooking up a little spread for two wedding tastings as we help two more couples dream up everyone's favorite part of the big day...the food! 💍👨‍🍳

Milestone birthdays, concerts, casual get togethers, weddings and more! We love that what we do gets to look a little different every day, and that good food gets to be part of so many special moments. ❤️

THANK YOU to those who came to help beautify Downtown Main Street Alliance last night.
And THANK YOU to those who came out to support and enjoy your local woodfire pizza, ice cream and amazing music by Sam Jennings! These are just a few pictures of one very busy & productive night...What a fantastic turnout all around!!

We will do this again a time or two before the weather turns on us, so stay tuned to our page for updates.
