Dear Valued Customers and Community Members,

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close our business, effective 2/1/25. This decision comes in light of the rising costs associated with operating in today’s economy, as well as ongoing staffing challenges this past year..

We want to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude for the support you have shown us over the past five years. We are especially thankful for our dedicated staff, whose hard work and commitment have been instrumental in building our business and creating the welcoming atmosphere that you have come to know and love.

Being a part of this wonderful community has been a true privilege, and we have cherished every moment spent serving you.

Thank you for the memories, the friendships, and the shared experiences. We will miss you all dearly. Our last day of serving guest for dine in or carryout will be January 31st 2025.

We are pleased to announce that the boil alert has been lifted. Our establishment will reopen tomorrow at 11 AM.

This evening, we will undertake important maintenance activities, including melting all the ice in our bins and changing the filters along with clean and sanitize all bins. Fresh ice will be produced overnight, and we will also coordinate with Pepsi to flush & sanitize the lines of our beverage machines. Along with flushing lines to the hot coco machines, coffee machines, and iced tea machine. Oh and we forgot we also drained our hot water tank.

These measures are implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests. We are committed to upholding health codes and procedures, allowing our patrons to dine with confidence and peace of mind. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Since the boil alert is not lifted yet we are gonna be closed yet again today.

Due to this announcement from the City we will be closed today for precautions:

The City of Alliance has issued a boil water advisory for a few areas of the city after the low-pressure event on Tuesday, January 21st. These areas are: south of South St. on the east side of Union Ave. and south of Glamorgan St. on the west side of Union Ave. As stated in the information below, this is a precaution, and test results will be available the morning of Thursday, January 23rd.

This boil water advisory is especially important for residents and businesses in the specified areas.

In response to our recent analysis of sales trends, we have made the strategic decision to adjust our operating hours to enhance our business viability and focus on peak demand periods. Effective immediately, our new hours will be as follows:

- **Monday to Thursday:** 4 PM to 9 PM
- **Friday to Sunday:** 11 AM to 9 PM

This change allows us to concentrate our resources during the hours when we see the highest customer engagement. Unfortunately, this means we will no longer offer lunch service from Monday to Thursday, as lunch sales have not met our expectations.

We believe that this adjustment will not only streamline our operations but also improve overall customer experience during our busiest hours. Thank you for your understanding and support as we implement these changes.
