Mack was awarded the prestigious title of Best Young Sommelier, which led him to Sommelier at Thomas Keller’s world-renowned French Laundry in California, and later Per Se in NYC.

Since 2007, Mack has founded and operated Maison Noir wines— bold, unique, distinctive wines from the Williamette Valley region of Oregon that we CANNOT wait to share with you.
