Hello friends! The annual Dallas Japanese Fall Festival is back!

We will be here to serve you one the most authentic Japanese Matcha from both Yame and Uji this year. Our beloved Cream Soda and Japanese style crepe will be on the menu as well.
We’re working on a system that everyone won’t have to wait in a long line to place their orders. The previous years have been extremely hot, and there’s a chance of rain this year, so we really don’t want our friends to have to stand outside and wait in line again. We’re hoping to make the ordering process much easier and more comfortable for everyone!

Here is a throwback of some of our best selling drinks including the seasonal ones ❤️ Less than 2 weeks until we officially close our last location (inside Revolving Kitchen in Fairview). Six years creating and growing La Maison Bleue together with each of our customers have brought us so many memories. We really hope we can re-open soon with something better and bigger. Closing another chapter of our La Maison Bleue journey.

Hey everyone!

Everyone knows La Maison Bleue as,well, La Maison Bleue. I know those who have become friends with us know that behind LMB we are a family.

Our daughter was a baby when LMB was started and it grew. What Anna started to what it is now, it’s become part of our family and daily lives.

That’s a good thing and also a bad thing. We’ve lost ourselves to making everyone happy, trying our best to accommodate for everyone, we listen how we are not like the major chains and get criticized and also praised, but we also neglected our own daughter. For LMB.

I made that AI video without knowing what I’ve learned through the online bullying and trash talk. We take good and bad feedback to improve and how that was approached, to be blunt, I’ve lost faith in people. You could have approached us being mindful and I would have taken the time to learn.

I made this video to remind people we are small, we are a family, we are doing what we believe is right, and we love to bring you true Japanese tea culture.

We have major changes from our personal lives and business and both fronts are rapidly changing for us. I kindly ask, please be patient with us and our staff!

May 14th and 28th: Tokyo Street Night by . Everyone has been asking for weekday popups, so we will be in Carrollton from 6pm - 9pm! The idea is to have a fun evening after work, with Takoyaki and Okonomiyaki stand freshly made, our refreshing drinks and other vendors! More details coming soon 🍣 🍶
