Let me take a moment to reintroduce myself! Hi I’m Rachel owner, founder, creator of Moonbeam Bakery!!
We are a local small bakery in Allen tx.
I take pride in making everything from scratch with real simple ingredients!! Everything is made in house by hand!
a question i’m often asked is where the name came from. my grandpa gave me that nickname and when he retired from the police force he took up cooking and baking! He enjoyed reading cookbooks and combining recipes! The cherry pie and lemon meringue pies are inspired by his recipes.
I grew up cooking/ baking with my mom and grandparents. my love for food and creating stared at very young age and I knew i always wanted to open my own bakery.
in 2020 This dream became a reality!
in 2023 I became a mama and that was also a dream turn reality! I have been truly blessed! I truly appreciate everyone who supports and patrons my shop! without you these dreams are not a possible reality!
