Hyeholde is a historic restaurant built by William Kryskill located in Moon Township, PA just outside of Pittsburgh, which served its first guests in 1938. Currently it is owned by Chris O'Brien and features Farm to Table Cuisine. Business casual attire is acceptable.

Our 23rd Annual Pig Roast is here. Join us on Thursday, July 23 for one of Hyeholde’s longest-standing summer traditions. Gather in the Round Room for a seasonal feast featuring whole roasted local pig, chicken, kielbasa, local corn, summer salads, house-made rolls, and roasted peach crostada with mascarpone cream.

Our first round of 2026 Picnic dates are now available.

Join us on the lawn for a relaxed summer evening with a thoughtfully prepared picnic for two. Each basket includes sparkling water, blanket, cutlery, and a seasonal chef-prepared supper with highlights such as smoked Carolina mustard brisket sandwiches, cucumber salad, grilled peaches, orzo with grilled vegetables, and olive oil cake with sweet balsamic strawberries.

Stroll through a curated farmers market across the Hyeholde grounds, with local purveyors, seasonal tastings, a welcome cocktail, and live music drifting through the gardens. At 6:15 PM, the evening pauses for a pop-up performance by

VIP Spring Dinner

Join us for an evening on the North Fork 🌊🍷 We’ve partnered with , a family owned North Fork estate known for its critically acclaimed wines. From their sought after Cabernet Franc to their Governor’s Cup winning Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc, Chef has created a menu inspired by the terroir.

Drawing from New York’s coastal traditions, the menu moves between land and sea. Raw oysters, lobster, duck, and a signature Big Apple dessert, each course thoughtfully composed around the season and the character of the region.
