〰️Beef Belly Rice〰️

We took our Prime Beef Belly and simmered it with some sweet onions, soy sauce, sake and mirin. Then we put it over some freshly steamed white rice, added a sous-vide onsen tamago on top, and threw on some sliced scallions.
